Key Requirements

The client reached out to Yo!Gigs after considering it as the base solution for the proposed ESG marketplace. To help businesses find and hire experts, the client required a dedicated dashboard tailored for both sustainability experts and hiring companies. Additionally, the client needed some features to facilitate an easy registration and hiring process. The hiring companies should have the option to post a job and directly hire a sustainability expert.

As said earlier, we were in discussions with the client to use Yo!Gigs as the base. Due to the distinctive business model and unpredictable response of the industry, both parties realized that initial requirements can evolve. To best match this scenario and provide the client with maximum flexibility, we agreed to opt for the Agile development model. Instead of following a pre-defined Scope of Work, all customizations, milestones, and deliverables were to be mutually agreed upon throughout the project lifecycle.
